The Network state is an ideology I believe in, but my own conviction is that a country is a far too boring thing to aim for. Why do I say this: the current definition of a country will not work for a digital nation, and if we say lets build a digital country the status quo's will compare abreast what the traditional definition of a physical country should be with a digital own, just like they are comparing Bitcoin with physical currencies.
I firmly believe a well interconnected digital community/network will survive the network state idea because a country can exist without any communal trait but a community/network always start with a shared belief. My definition of a network state is a digital community that will become more powerful and beneficial than traditional countries.
